This dynamic 3 year rotational program based in Ottawa, Ontario, is designed for high potential individuals seeking to develop into future leaders. Through a structured approach, you'll develop significant banking expertise, superior sales and service capabilities and influential people management skills.
You'll join our team as a Client Service Representative to build your foundation in banking. After 6 months, you'll progress to an Account Manager Trainee where you'll hone your skills in the art of client engagement and relationship building. You will work one on one with valued RBC clients and help them achieve their personal financial goals by providing tailored financial advice. In year three, you and your manager will determine your future career path together – either in people management, or senior sales roles designed to lead to specialized areas such as Commercial Banking or Financial Planning.
Our comprehensive training program draws upon a variety of learning methodologies to prepare you for success. You'll participate in interactive satellite-delivered courses, and your on-the-job education will be complemented with a mentor specifically selected and committed to your success.
Along with a natural ability to build successful partnerships, you are highly driven and entrepreneurial. Your leadership talents have been recognized and you enjoy sales activities. Your recent post-secondary education in business or arts includes a diverse range of extracurricular activities, and your job experiences may have been in sales or customer service.
