About Us
The Financial Industry Partnering for Aboriginal Relationships (FIPAR) is a partnership amongst Canada’s leading financial institutions - BMO Financial Group, CIBC, RBC, Scotiabank and TD BankFinancial Group working with Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) to increase the contribution and participation of Aboriginal people in the Canadian banking industry. FIPAR is committed to working with Aboriginal people and communities to encourage Aboriginal youth to consider career opportunities within thebanking industry. The FIPAR partners provide internships, offer scholarships, provide summer employment and will participate at job and career fairs targeting Aboriginal people.
The Financial Industry Partnering for Aboriginal Relationships (FIPAR) is dedicated to working together to increase the representation of Aboriginal participation in the workforce of this industry. This partnership was jointly initiated in 2003 by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) and 5 of the Major Canadian Financial Institutions. The goal is to see more Aboriginal people employed within the Finance Industry.

FIPAR is further dedicated to working together with:
